A: On the product page you can select your reading strength available for each style by using the pull down options.

A: On the product page you can select the bracelet, earrings, or necklaec color available for each style by using the pull down options.
Q: How do I select a crystal color?
A: On the product page you can select your color preference by using the pull down options. If you would like the crystal colors or pattern as pictured in then select "as pictured" on the frame color you selected. If you would like to select another crystal color that is not listed select "Custom" and include a message to us at checkout indicating your "Custom" color choice.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: If you are purchasing Jimmy Crystal glasses, our glasses will be custom made for you in the strength, frame color, and crystal color of your choice. It will take approximately 4-6 weeks for processing, producing, and shipping your order.
If you are purchasing, Cinzia, LightSpecs, or Scojo glasses, they will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. You should receive your order in 3-6 business days from ship date.
If you are purchasing belt buckles, they will be shipped out in 1-3 business days. Your order will be received within 3-6 business days from ship date.
Q: What should I do if I am having trouble making payment?
A: You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment with us. Please be sure your shipping address matched your billing address. At times this difference will cause an issue for our processor to verify your account information. Please email us at sales@mytheia right away if you are still having problems. We will be able to contact our merchant processor and try and remedy the issue with the system. We do accept credit card payments by phone if that is easier for you. Just call us at 203-856-2815. We are happy to help you.
Q: Why isn't the Promo Code working?
A: In order to use any of the Promo Codes you must be a registered member of the store. Also be sure that the promo code has not expired and be sure you are purchasing from the correct category that is offering the sale. For example, if the Promo Code is 15% off Cinzia Reading Glasses then you must select glasses from the Cinzia Reading Glasses section in the store for the discount to be applied to your cart. Mistakes do happen and if you believe there is an error just call us at 203-856-2815. We are happy to help you.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Why haven't I received my glasses yet?
A: We place your order Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with Cinzia, Scojo and Jimmy Crystal. Cinzia and Scojo usually ship within 1-2 business days. Jimmy Crystal is our custom swarovski crystal supplier and we rely on them to create your glasses and accessories just the way you like them. Some of their season are busy: Holidays, the Spring , and the Fall. They do the best they can to produce their products as quickly as they can without interfering with the quality of their craftsmanship. Just email us if you have any questions about your order and we will gladly let you know the status within 24 hours of your email excluding weekends.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. We ship via UPS Ground/FedEx within the Continental U.S. and we ship via USPS Priority Mail for International orders and we add either Registered Mail or Insured mail service to ensure better tracking for International shipments.

Q: Why don't I see My Theia on my credit card statement?
A: We use Paypal as our merchant processor for processing our customers credit card payments. It should read GPT/MyTheia. Just check your invoice amount and be sure it matches your credit card statement and your date of purchase. Simply give us a call and we can help you.

Developed by Netscape, SSL is a protocol for securely encrypting and transmitting electronic information between web servers across the Internet, and is the most popular method for ensuring the secure transmission of credit card data and consumer information. We do not view your credit card information including credit card number, expiration, and CSC code for your privacy and security. You will see a locked security icon on their browser when making payments, so you will know it is encrypted.
